Here is information on how to access the Tokyo International Forum from Haneda Airport and Narita Airport.
Tokyo Monorail and JR Line: Take the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda Airport to Hamamatsucho Station (approximately 23 minutes). Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line and proceed to Yurakucho Station (about 4 minutes). The Tokyo International Forum is a 1-minute walk from Yurakucho Station.
Board a limousine bus from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Tokyo Station, the Tokyo International Forum is a 5-minute walk.
Travel time varies depending on traffic but is typically around 25 minutes.
JR Narita Express: Take the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station (approximately 53 minutes). The Tokyo International Forum is a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station.
