FWJコンテスト出場規則

出場登録について

出場登録名は必ず『ローマ字』で入力してください（世界共通システムのため漢字入力はできません）
選手登録前に以下の事前登録が必要です：
- ①FWJカード
- ②NPC WORLDWIDEメンバーシップ
- ※両者はそれぞれ別に登録する必要があります
- ※ログイン情報は個人で管理してください
コンテスト登録情報の確認は『自動返信されるメールのみ』となります
決済方法は『クレジットカード決済』（apple pay/Link含む）または『コンビニ決済』があります
登録後のキャンセル・返金・変更（カテゴリー及びクラス）は一切できません

バックステージパス購入について

料金：10,000円/枚です。
バックステージパスのみでの会場入場はできません。
購入時の注意点：
- 観戦チケットを先に購入してから、出場登録時にシステム（MuscleWare）上でバックステージパスを購入してください
- 出場登録時にバックステージパスを購入しなかった場合、バックステージに入るサポーターは当日朝の選手受付時に、選手と一緒に来場して受付してください
追加購入：システム上、選手登録後に追加購入することはできません。（大会当日の選手受付時にご購入ください）

キャンセル・返金について

選手登録関連の支払い・バックステージパス・観戦チケットにつきましては、いかなる理由によってもキャンセル、返金、返品はできません。
キャンセル等の問い合わせには返答できませんのでご了承ください。

音源アップロードについて

『ボディビル』『ウィメンズフィジーク』『クラシックフィジーク』のフリーポージング曲は外部リンクからアップロードしてください。
選手登録後すぐ、必ず登録期限内にアップロードしてください。

カラーリングについて

オフィシャルカラーリングサロンの利用が必須です。（コンテスト詳細ページ内にオフィシャルカラーリングサロンへのリンクバナーが表示されます）
カラーリング施術した場合は、カラーリング証明書の提出が必須です。
指定業者以外でのカラーリングは禁止です。違反した場合は失格となります。
注意事項：
- カラーリング後、薬剤をシャワーで洗い流してから会場入りしてください。
- 自身で塗るカラー・オイルは禁止です（ワセリンを主成分とする商品も禁止）。
- 会場内では素肌で床に座ったり壁に手を着いたりしないでください（施設を汚損した場合、クリーニング代を請求する可能性があります）。

コンテスト当日の注意事項

選手集合時間を厳守してください（遅刻者は受付できない場合があります）。
ゼッケンバッジ配布や測定等の選手受付は開催日当日の朝に実施します。
ゴミの各自持ち帰りをお願いします。
会場内は全面禁煙です。
ダンベル持ち込みは禁止です。また、必要以上のスペースを使う器具の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
コンテスト運営を妨害する行為やスポーツマンシップを逸脱した行為は退場処分となる可能性があります。
貴重品管理は個人の責任でお願いします。会場内での盗難・紛失・破損等の責任は負いかねます。

動画撮影に関して

許可される機器：スマートフォン・タブレット端末のみです。
禁止事項：
- ライブ配信（商標権に抵触します）
- 一脚・三脚を使用した撮影
- 周囲の観客に迷惑となる高さでの撮影
- 公序良俗に反する撮影
- 一眼レフ、ビデオカメラ等（Gopro類含む）での撮影

Novice & Masters Class players will meet at a.m.10:00.
Players competing in Open Class only should arrive at p.m.12:30.
Important* Regarding coloring
A coloring certificate must be submitted *only when coloring treatment has been performed.
Colorings by other than designated companies are prohibited.
*Official coloring salons differ for each contest.
Please check the salons listed at the bottom of this page.
Spray tanning is performed at each salon, and the liquid is rinsed off in the shower before coloring, so please be sure to rinse off any liquid that did not penetrate the skin in the shower before entering the venue (*Sweat on the day may cause the color to fall off).

【Regarding video recording.】
Only smartphones and tablet devices are allowed; nothing related to live-streaming (Instagram stories and Tiktok are not allowed). (*This is in violation of trademark rights.) It is OK to publish the filmed images on YouTube, Insta-story, etc. after the next day of the competition. (*Focusing on the category in which the athlete you are supporting is allowed, but please refrain from filming the entire contest for an extended period of time (even if the total time is long). (The same applies if the total time is long.)
Monopods and tripods are not permitted.
*Please refrain from taking photos that are offensive to public order and morals.
Please refrain from filming at a height that would inconvenience surrounding visitors.
Taking video/still images with SLR cameras, video cameras, etc. (including Gopro and the like) is not permitted.
No one other than those wearing the bibs distributed by the organizer’s office will be allowed to take pictures.

Pro Qualifier

出場資格

日本人、日本在住者は、1月1日～5月3日までに開催している国内リージョナルコンテストに出場している事。（ノービス＆マスターズは除く）出場カテゴリーは問いません。海外から出場の場合は、自国のルールに沿って出場してください。海外から出場の場合は、自国のルールに沿って出場してください。海外から移住した場合、4か月以上滞在している方が対象となります。チェックイン時に該当者については、在留届などの提示が求められる場合があります。また、留学生の場合には、在学証明書等が必要になります。

If you are from overseas, please follow the rules of your country. カラーリング

コンテストごとに対応カラーリング業者の指定が異なります。指定外のカラーリング業者でカラーリングした場合は失格となります。
カラーリング施術した場合、カラーリング業者からのカラーリング証明書を受け取り、コンテスト当日提出する義務があります。
各サロンでスプレータンニングをし、シャワーで洗い流してから発色する液体なので、必ずシャワーで皮膚に浸透しなかった液体を洗い流してから会場入りしてください。当日汗でカラーが落ちる原因となります。自身で塗るカラー・オイルは絶対禁止（ワセリンを主成分とする商品も禁止）。
会場内で待機する際は、素肌で床に座ったり（お尻をついたり）、壁に手を着かないようにしてください。施設の汚れの原因となります。汚れがひどい場合はクリーニング代を請求させていただく場合があります。
